    You only get one chance to make a first impression. It is imperative to address any cosmetic jobs that need doing, while considering adding a fresh coat of paint and removing any unnecessary furniture to create additional space, before allowing potential buyers to view your property.

    3. MARKETING YOUR PROPERTY

    Our experienced and well-trained estate agents will commission high-definition professional photographs in order to allow your property to stand out from its competition. MARYAM REAL ESTATE will then advertise it extensively through multiple external property portals.

    4. VIEWING APPOINTMENTS
